  • 1 oz Base Chicken Gourmet Paste
  • 18 oz Tomatillo Fresh
  • 1/8 oz Bay Leave Whole Sweet Bulk
  • 3 oz Seed Pumpkin Shell Off Raw Unsalted Sprouted Organic Dry
  • 2 oz Sesame Seed Whole Hulled White
  • 2 oz Pepper Jalapeno Chili Fresh, Diced
  • 1 oz Garlic Whole Peeled Reclosable Bag 100-130 Cnt/lb Fresh
  • 2 oz Onion Yellow Jumbo Bag Fresh, Diced
  • 3 oz Lettuce Romaine Chopped Fresh
  • 1/4 oz Cilantro, Chopped
  • 6 oz Squash Zucchini Fancy/Medium Fresh, Chopped


  1. Cut up the tomatillos and place in a sauce pan.
  2. Turn on medium high heat and cook for approximately 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Add 2 cups of water and the chicken base.
  4. Cook for another 5 minutes or until the tomatillos are tender.
  5. Add the tomatillos and chicken stock to a blender.
  6. Add the rest of the ingredients and puree. Season with salt.
  7. Serve over any pork or poultry dish.
