- 5 Ounces Turkey Ground Patty
- 1/4 Ounce Spinach Baby Fresh
- 1 Each Roll Ciabatta
- 1/2 Teaspoon Juice Lemon 100%
- 1/8 Teaspoon Oregano Ground
- 1/8 Ounce Onion Red Jumbo, Sliced thin
- 1 Tablespoon Sauce Tzatziki
- Grill the turkey patty until cooked through.
- Meanwhile toss the baby spinach with oregeno and lemon juice.
- Place the turkey patty on the bun and top with the tzatziki sauce.
- Then top with the spinach mixture and red onion.
