
Mediterranean Rub

Ingredients
- 2 tsp lemon zest
- 4 tsp granulated garlic
- 2 tbsp Greek oregano
- 4 tsp basil
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
Preparation
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Store in an airtight container. Pack dry rub onto seafood.
