
Mediterranean Avocado Toast

Ingredients
- 1 Ea Sweet Wheat Berry Bread, 9/16", Toasted
- 1/2 Ea Avocado, Ripe
- 1/8 oz Coarse Salt Sea Crystals
- 1/8 oz Black Pepper, Cracked
- 11/2 oz Feta Cheese Crumble
- 1/2 oz Black Kalamata Olive, Pitted
Preparation
- In a bowl mash avocado and season with salt and pepper. Spread mixture over toasted wheat berry bread. Garnish with sliced tomato, feta and chopped olives.
