Short Rib Slider

Kalbi Sauce

Gochujang Aioli


  1. Mix to incorporate. Store in a tightly covered container.
  2. Oil buns and place down on a flat top grill. Place 6 oz. of short rib on the grill and pour 1 ounce of kalbi sauce onto meat and mix. Take buns off the grill and add 2 ounces of meat on the bottom bun. To plate, add 1 ounce of kimchi, 1 ounce green scallion, and 1 ounce gochujang mayonnaise. Add top bun and skewer to serve.
