
Kimchi Fish ‘N’ Chips
Ingredients
- 24 ea PubHouse® Battered Pollock 2-3 oz 1/10 lb
- 3 C Mayonnaise
- 3 Tbsp Gochugaru
- 3 Tbsp Gochujang Fry Batter
- 3 lb French Fries
- Lemon Wedges
- Sesame Seeds, Black
Preparation
- Stir together the mayonnaise, Gochugaru and Gochujang.
- Coat kimchi pieces in batter and fry until golden.
- Deep fry French fries and place on plate.
- Serve 1.5 oz portion with fries and pollock, lemon wedges, 1/4 cup sauce and sprinkled with sesame seeds and Gochugaru.
