Grilled Turkey Chorizo Sliders

with Kale Crunch Chipotle Slaw



  1. In a bowl mix together the chorizo and ground turkey. Make into 3-2oz. Portions and lightly press down to make a “burger.” Grill them until cooked thoroughly.
  2. In the meantime mix together the kale color crunch, thecoleslaw dressing, the chipotle and celery seed. Place the sliced tomato on the bun, then top with the turkey/chorizo burger, then top with the coleslaw.
