Grilled Turkey Chorizo Sliders
with Kale Crunch Chipotle Slaw
- 3 oz SilverBrook® Turkey Ground Bulk 90/10 All Natural
- 3 oz Sausage Chorizo Raw Bulk Frozen
- 3 ea Brickfire Bakery® Bun Brioche 1.3 oz Mini Slice Frozen
- 3 oz Baby Kale Mix, Tuscan Russian Siberian
- 2 oz Dressing Coleslaw
- 1/2 oz Pepper Chipotle In Adobo Sauce
- 1/8 oz Celery Seed Whole
- 1/2 oz Tomato Roma Fresh, Sliced thin
- In a bowl mix together the chorizo and ground turkey. Make into 3-2oz. Portions and lightly press down to make a “burger.” Grill them until cooked thoroughly.
- In the meantime mix together the kale color crunch, thecoleslaw dressing, the chipotle and celery seed. Place the sliced tomato on the bun, then top with the turkey/chorizo burger, then top with the coleslaw.
