Grilled Summer Sandwich



  1. Slice squash, zucchini, eggplant, red onion, portabella mushroom, then add a little balsamic dressing then set aside.
  2. Cut onions and peppers into 2 inch pieces, then add a little balsamic dressing, then set aside
  3. Preheat grill or skillet to medium high
  4. Grill the vegetable until cooked well, then set aside in pllater to the side
  5. Toast focaccia, then spread boursin cheese
  6. The add all vegetable and spinach, slice tomato with rest of the balsamic dressing and cap with top piece of focaccia
