Grilled Pheasant and Thai Peanut Pizza on Gluten Free Crust

Preparation

  1. Evenly spread the peanut sauce and pregrilled pheasant on the crust and bake for 4 minutes at 500 degrees.
  2. Toss red peppers and cole slaw mix in the Sweet Chile sauce
  3. Top Pizza with dressed slaw and peanuts.  Finish with Mirepoix micro greens and drizzle with Sriracha
