Grilled Ginger Glazed Salmon

over Teriyaki Stir Fried Kale Color Crunch

Ingredients

  • 6 oz HIDDEN BAY® Salmon Fillet

GLAZE

  • 1 tsp Fresh Ginger
  • 2 Tbsp Honey
  • 2 Tbsp Blended oil
  • 1/4 C Rice Wine Vinegar
  • 1/3 C Low Sodium Soy Sauce

STIR FRY

  • 4 oz Kale Color Crunch
  • 1/4 C sliced water chestnuts
  • 1 Tbsp Blended oil
  • 1 tsp Chopped Garlic
  • 1/4 C Teriyaki Glaze

Preparation

  1. Grill Salmon llet over medium to high heat, basting with glaze. While salmon is cooking heat a sauté pan over medium to high heat, add oil then garlic. Quickly stir kale color crunch add glaze and place inside soup dish. Top with glazed salmon.
