Garlic Mushroom Spuds
- 3 c Bountiful Harvest® diced potatoes (RFS# 10854)
- 1 ½ c Good Roots® sliced mushrooms (RFS# 20600)
- 2 Tbsp Silverbrook® butter (RFS# 13618, 13614)
- CCP: Heat potatoes until a minimum internal temperature of 135°F has been reached, then mash.
- CCP: Sauté sliced mushrooms in butter until soft and a minimum internal temperature of 135°F has been reached.
- Fold the sautéed mushrooms into the mashed potatoes.
- Top entree with ½ c sautéed onion mashed potatoes.
