
Garam Masala Seasoned Short Ribs
with zucchini fries and curry dipping sauce

Short Ribs
Prepare the Prairie Creek® short ribs according to the cooking instructions on the label. After heated, drain the juice from the Prairie Creek® short ribs. Coat the Prairie Creek® short ribs with about 1 teaspoon of Garam Masala seasoning. Slice the Prairie Creek® short ribs into 1/4 inch slices.
Horseradish cream
- 1 medium zucchini
- 3/4 cup four divided
- 3/4 cup cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 large egg
Blend 1/4 cup of four, cornstarch, baking powder, salt, and pepper. Beat egg and water together. Combine egg and water mixture with the dry ingredients mixture. Cut a medium zucchini into 1/4 inch sticks in the batter. Deep fry until golden.
Curry Dipping Sauce
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 table spoon yellow (mild) curry
- 1/2 teaspoon of sugar
- Dash of salt and pepper for taste.
Combine all ingredients. Serve with the Prairie Creek® short ribs and zucchini fries.
