Fire Chicken Sliders

Ingredients

  • 4 oz SILVERBROOK® Chicken Wing Boneless Breaded Average 07-1 Ounce, 
Fully Cooked, Frozen
  • 4 ea Roll Brioche Slider Baked Slice, Frozen
  • 6 oz Coleslaw Mix with Separate Color, Fresh
  • 1/4 C Sauce Sriracha Chili
  • 1/2 C Mayonnaise, Creamy, Heavy Duty
  • 1/2 C Sour Cream Tub Grade A, Refrigerated
  • 4 oz Pepper Cherry Hot, Sliced

Preparation

  1. Toast bun.
  2. Cook chicken.
  3. Mix Sriracha with mayo and sour cream. Add salt to taste.
  4. Toss with slaw mix; plate.
  5. Layer pickle peppers on bottom bun topped with chicken.
  6. Top with slaw mixture and finish with top bun.
