
Eggs Benedict Norwegian Style
Ingredients
- 2 ea HIDDEN BAY® Salmon Burger 2-Ounce Slider, Frozen
- 1 ea Biscuit Buttermilk Fully Baked 2.25 Ounce 3" Heat and Split, Frozen
- 2 oz Sauce Hollandaise Pouch, Frozen
- 1/2 tsp Dill Baby Fresh, Chopped
- 3 oz Fries Lattice Lightly Battered Fry or Convection Oven Or Oven, Frozen
- 1 tsp Seasoning Hidden Bay Orange Color Spicy with Celery Seed
- 2 ea Egg Shell-On White Extra Large Grade Aa Loose Pack, Refrigerated, Poached
Preparation
- Sear salmon cakes. Heat until they reach an internal temperture of 165 degrees F.
- Place on griddled biscuit halves.
- Place poached eggs on top of salmon cakes.
- Top with dill hollandaise.
- Garnish with lattice fries tossed in Hidden Bay seafood seasoning.
