Corned Beef and Cabbage



  1. Toast the marble rye.
  2. Add corned beef and top with the Swiss cheese.
  3. Place in an oven or under a salamander to melt the cheese.
  4. Meanwhile mix the cole slaw mix with the 1000 island dressing and caraway seeds.
  5. Top the corned beef with the chilled coleslaw mix.
  6. Top off with the other slice or bread
