Chorizo Burger with Garlic Shrimp

Ingredients

  • 5 oz Ground Beef Bulk 80/20 Choice Raw
  • 3 oz Sausage Chorizo, Hot Bulk
  • 3 oz Shrimp, Black Tiger, Raw Peeled And Deveined 21-25 No Tail Individually Quick Frozen
  • 1½ oz Queso Fresco Cheese, Whole
  • 1 ea Brickfire Bakery® Bun Kaiser Corn Dusted, 4.5" Slice
  • 1/3 oz Garlic Chopped In Water Refrigerated
  • 1 oz Oil Canola 90% Olive 10%

Smoked Paprika Aioli

  • 4 oz Mayonnaise Extra Heavy Duty Creamy
  • 1 oz Tomato Paste
  • ½ oz Smoked Paprika, Ground
  • ½ oz Yellow Mustard, Salad Prepared
  • 1 ea Lime

Preparation

  1. Ball Beef and Chorizo together and form. Cook to temp. While cooking saute shrimp in oil and garlic.
  2. Reserve.
  3. Toast bun, place shrimp on burger and add Queso and melt. Top with drizzle of Paprika Aioli
