  • 3 pounds trimmed boneless beef chuck, cut into ¼ inch cubes
  • 1 pound yellow onion, small chopped
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Culinary Secrets® Granulated Garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Culinary Secrets® Ground Cumin
  • 1 tablespoon Culinary Secrets® Spanish Paprika
  • 1 tablespoon Culinary Secrets® Light OR Dark Chili Powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Culinary Secrets® Ancho Chile Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Culinary Secrets® Oregano Leaves
  • 1 teaspoon Culinary Secrets® Regular Grind Black Pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Culinary Secrets® Sea Salt
  • 1 pound, 12 ounces canned tomato puree
  • 1 cup reduced sodium beef broth

Jicama Coleslaw

  • 2 carrots, peeled and shredded
  • 1 small jicama, peeled and julienned
  • 1 red bell pepper, cored and very thinly sliced
  • 1/4 head red cabbage, cored and very thinly sliced
  • 1/2 red onion, halved lengthwise and very thinly sliced lengthwise
  • 5 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Culinary Secrets® Sea Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Culinary Secrets® Regular Grind Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Culinary Secrets® Crushed Red Pepper
