Chia-Berry Breakfast Pudding
- 4 C low-fat vanilla almond milk
- 1/2 C Chia seeds
- 1/2 C honey
For garnish—top pudding with any of the following:
- Caramelized banana slices
- Chia seeds
- Dragon fruit
- Flax seeds
- Combine milk, chia seeds, and honey in large mixing bowl. Cover and allow to sit overnight until of pudding consistency.
- Divide pudding into four equal portions; top with your choice of healthy garnishes.
