Cheesy Sausage and Mushroom Pizza
- 8 ounces Eagle Ridge® Pork Italian Sausage, Bulk (Item# 51532) cooked, crumbled and drained
- 1 10 oz. pizza crust, (about 12-inches) thin
- 1/2 cup Villa Frizzoni® Chunky Marinara Sauce (Item# 12072)
- 4 ounces Villa Frizzoni® Shredded Mozzarella Cheese (Item# 61676)
- 4 ounces Villa Frizzoni® Shredded Asiago Cheese (Item# 76786)
- 1 4-oz. can mushroom pieces, drained
- Heat oven to 450 degrees F.
- Spread pizza crust evenly with sauce.
- Sprinkle half of each cheese over the sauce.
- Sprinkle sausage and mushrooms evenly over cheese.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheese evenly over the top.
- Bake directly on oven rack for 10 minutes, or until crust is crisp and cheese is melted.
