Cheesy Sausage and Mushroom Pizza

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces Eagle Ridge® Pork Italian Sausage, Bulk (Item# 51532)  cooked, crumbled and drained
  • 1 10 oz. pizza crust, (about 12-inches) thin
  • 1/2 cup Villa Frizzoni® Chunky Marinara Sauce (Item# 12072)
  • 4 ounces Villa Frizzoni® Shredded Mozzarella Cheese (Item# 61676)
  • 4 ounces Villa Frizzoni® Shredded Asiago Cheese (Item# 76786)
  • 1 4-oz. can mushroom pieces, drained

Preparation

  1. Heat oven to 450 degrees F.
  2. Spread pizza crust evenly with sauce.
  3. Sprinkle half of each cheese over the sauce.
  4. Sprinkle sausage and mushrooms evenly over cheese.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining cheese evenly over the top.
  6. Bake directly on oven rack for 10 minutes, or until crust is crisp and cheese is melted.
