
Carved Ham on Pretzel Crostini
Ingredients
- 7" Pretzel roll, cut on the bias, 2" thick
- 6 oz COBBLESTREET MARKET® Ham Carving Boneless Natural Juice Fully Cooked Refrigerated 2/6 Up
- 2 Tbsp CULINARY SECRET™ Honey Dijon
SALSA
- 1 each Pineapple, skinned, cored, cut 1" slices & grilled
- 2 Tbsp Fresh Cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 C Vidalia onion, small dice
- 1/4 C Red pepper, small dice
- 1 ea Roasted jalapeño pepper, seeded and chopped
- 1 ea Juice from 1 lime
Preparation
- Rough chop the pineapple and add it to a bowl and toss with the cilantro, red pepper, lime juice, roasted jalapeño and onions.
- Crostini Toast bread and brush with honey mustard. Add ham and top with pineapple salsa.
