- #23326 6 oz. Potato Chips
- 3 oz. Pulled Smoked Chicken Meat
- 1 oz. Hot Sauce
- #17278 2 oz. Blue Cheese Dressing
- Cook off potato chips and place on heat resistant platter.
- In a bowl take smoked chicken and toss with hot sauce.
- Spread chicken over potato chips and top with blue cheese dressing.
- Place under broiler to heat up chicken and blue cheese.
