Braised Kalettes

Ingredients

Preparation

  1. In a hot saute pan add the bacon and cook until 3/4 cooked. Add the garlic and kalettes. Add the salt and pepper. Cook and stir occasionally. Place in a 350° F oven for 10 minutes to finish. Garnish with shaved Parmesan cheese.
