  • 8 oz Sprout Kalettes Carton Fresh
  • 3 oz Applewood Bacon, Diced
  • 2 Tbsp Garlic Fresh, Minced
  • 3 Tbsp Oil Olive
  • 1 oz Cheese Parmesan Shaved
  • 2 tsp Salt Coarse Kosher
  • 1 tsp Pepper Black Cafe


  1. In a hot saute pan add the bacon and cook until 3/4 cooked. Add the garlic and kalettes. Add the salt and pepper. Cook and stir occasionally. Place in a 350° F oven for 10 minutes to finish. Garnish with shaved Parmesan cheese.
