Ancho Mezcal Oyster Shooter

Preparation

  1. Moisten rim of a tall shot glass, and dip half the rim in lime salt. Combine mezcal, Ancho Reyes, lime juice and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously. Strain mixture into prepared shot glass, place oyster on the half shell atop the shot glass, and serve immediately.
