“Cook with your intuition and taste everything. Cooking is a feeling and balancing act. I always use my natural senses when it comes to seasoning food and developing a dish that’s balanced with the perfect blend of texture and flavor.”
One woman who has inspired her throughout the years
For Riddock, it’s pop star Rihanna’s boss-like behavior that motivates her. “She lives by her own rules, and she is a boss. I’d love to cook for her one day. She redefines every genre and lane that she’s been in, from music to makeup to lingerie and clothing,” the pastry chef says.
