Salted Caramel Martini

Salted Caramel Martini

----- INGREDIENTS -----

For the Cocktail:

  • 1 oz. Vanilla Stoli
  • ½ oz. Frangelico
  • ½ oz. Kahlua

For the Salted Caramel Syrup:

  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 6 Tbsp. Butter
  • ½ cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 1 cup Water
----- PREPARATION -----

For the Salted Caramel Syrup:

  1. Brown 1 cup of sugar in a saucepan until evenly brown.
  2. Add 6 tablespoons of butter and gently whisk until butter is melted. Add cream and salt.
  3. Gently whisk until caramel is formed.
  4. Add water and simmer for 1 min.

For the Cocktail:

  1. In a Shaker filled 3/4 with ice, add ingredients and shake until chilled. Serve in a martini glass. Garnish with a rim of Salted Caramel Syrup.
