
Hickory Smoked Beet Salad with Candied Pecans, Goat Cheese, Blackberry Vineagrette, brulee Blood Orange, and Fresh Basil
----- INGREDIENTS ------ ½ cup Smoked and Chopped Beets
- ½ cup Blackberry Vinaigrette
- ¼ cup Candied Pecan
- 1 ea. Blood Orange, sectioned, coated in sugar, and toasted with a torch
- 1 Tbsp. Chiffonade Basil
- ¼ cup Goat Cheese
- 1 cup Mixed Greens
- Toss all ingredients except blood orange and basil in the blackberry vinaigrette. Drizzle plate with blackberry vinegar and place beets and mixed greens on plate.
- Place all other ingredients that were mixed on top. Place 3 Orange sections on top. Put Basil on top of the beets.
