
Short Rib Tacos
Ingredients
- 4 1/2 oz Beef Chuck Short Rib, 1.5-3 Lb Boneless All Natural Fully Cooked Frozen
- 2 oz Cilantro
- 2 1/2 oz Queso Blanco, American White Melt Loaf
- 3 oz Pico De Gallo Salsa
- 3 ea Tortilla Flour White 6" Pressed
Preparation
- Heat short ribs to temperature.
- Grill tortillas, place shredded queso on and melt.
- Place 1 1/2 oz of short ribs.
- Top with pico, and garnish with cilantro.
