INGREDIENTS
- 1 each 14 oz Dough ball
- 4 oz Pizza sauce
- 8 oz Shredded mozzarella
- 2 oz Basil pesto
- 1 Tbsp Balsamic glaze
- 2 Tbsp Chiffonade of fresh basil
- 1 sprig Fresh basil
PREPARATION
- Preheat oven to 450°F. Place stretched dough on a nonstick baking pan or pizza stone.
- Evenly spread pizza sauce over dough. Top with pizza cheese and place in oven for about 12 minutes.
- Remove, sprinkle chopped basil and pesto sauce.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze. Garnish with basil.
