Steamed Clams over Linguini
Cook 6 oz linguine pasta according to directions. In a saute pan, heat 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil, then add 1 tbsp chopped garlic until translucent. Add 16 oz clams and 2 oz white wine. Simmer for 5 minutes, then whisk in 1 tbsp butter and ¼ tsp crushed red pepper flakes. Place pasta in a warmed soup plate and pour clams and sauce over pasta, garnish with parsley.
