Ingredients

  • 16 Ounces Mussel In Shell 23-29Cnt Cooked Vacuum Pack Frozen
  • 16 Ounces Clan In SHell 17-22Cnt Cooked Vacuum Pack Frozen
  • 8 Ounces Shrimp White Raw Peeled And Deveined 16-20 Tail On Individually Quick Frozen
  • 8 Ounces Cod Loin Average 10 Ounce Atlantic Single Frozen No Bone Or Skin, cut into 1" chuncks
  • 1 1/2 Ounces Oil Olive Extra Virgin In TIn
  • 2 Ounces Onion Sweet Fresh, peeled and diced
  • 1/2 Ounce Garlic Chopped In Oil Refriegerated
  • 1/8 Ounce Pepper Red Crushed
  • 3/4 Teaspoon Base Clam Gourmet Paste, dissolved in 1 cup water
  • 14 Ounces Tomato Diced 1" In Juice Fancy
  • 1/3 Each Parsley Italian Fresh, cleaned and chopped

Preparation

  1. Preheat sauce pan over medium heat. Add oil and saute onion and garlic. Add red pepper flakes. Add shrimp and continue to saute for about 1 minute. Add clam stock, diced tomatoes and chopped parsley and bring to a boil. Add clams, mussels and cod. Reduce to a simmer and continue to cook for about 8-10 minutes. Serve with grilled garlic bread.
