Ingredients

  • 1 Plain Square Flatbread

Goat Cheese Béchamel

  • 2 pounds Goat Cheese, crumbled­
  • ¾ Heavy Cream
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic And Pepper Steak Seasoning
  • 5 ounces Hot Chorizo Sausage
  • 1/8 ounce Chili Serrano Pepper

Cilantro Oil

  • 2 cups Extra Virgin Canola Oil / Olive Oil Blend
  • ¼ pound Cilantro
  • 5 Whole Garlic, peeled
  • 3 ounces Chili Serrano Pepper, split

Preparation

  1. On flat bread spread about 2 ounces of the goat cheese béchamel, then layer the chorizo, Serrano peppers, and a pinch of green onion.
  2. Place in oven and bake until bubbly on top.
  3. Drizzle with oil and serve.
