Ingredients

  • 6 Ounces Tuna Red Ahi Steak 6 Ounce Vacuum Pack Frozen, Diced Medium
  • 1/8 Ounce Ginger Root Fresh
  • 1 1/4 Teaspoons Onion Green Scallion Iceless Clean And Trim Fresh, Finely sliced
  • 1 1/4 Teaspoons Seasoning Spicy Maggi
  • 1 Teaspoon Seasoning Maggi
  • 1 Tablespoon Sauce And Glaze Teriyaki
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Sesame Seed Whole Hulled White, As garnish
  • 1/2 Each Avocado Halves Hass Fresh, Medium dice
  • 2 Each Bacon Single Slice 14-17 Cherrywood Smoke Refrigerated, Cooked and chopped
  • 1/8 Each Tomato Red Slice 6X6 Average 168 Count fresh, Sliced thin
  • 1 Ounce Salad Urban Blend Baby Red Chard Wild Argula And Baby Kales Fresh

Preparation

  1. In mixing bowl add: tuna, avocado, green onion (reserve some for garnish) and sauces. Set aside. On plat arrange slices of tomato in shape desired and lightly salt. Go back to bowl add bacon and toss lightly. Add the urban mix on top of tomato and build a mound of your poke'. Garnish with sesame and green onion slices and a drizzle of extra sauce.
