Roasted Buffalo Brussels Sprouts with Blue Cheese

Ingredients

  • 1/2 oz. Sliced Shallot
  • 8 oz. Brussels Sprouts
  • 2 oz. Buffalo Wing Sauce
  • 2 oz. Blue Cheese

Preparation

  • Roast the Brussels Sprouts for 15 minutes with the sliced shallot at 400 degrees
  • Toss with the Buffalo Wing Sauce and top with the Blue Cheese
  • Brulee in the broiler for 2 minutes to finish.
