Reinhart FoodService (RFS) is commited to providing safe, wholesome product to our customers. In the event of a product withdrawal or recall, RFS posts customer notifications to this site. Customers that could possibly have received product from RFS that is involved in a recall or withdrawal receive specific notifications from RFS.
Questions pertaining to recall procedures should be directed to QADept@RFSDelivers.com or 608-784-2540. RFS customers should contact their local RFS distribution center and ask for the recall coordinator if they have recall questions regarding their involvement in a particular recall. Requests for pick up and/or credits can be directed to the customer service department at each local RFS center.
Nestle Professional has instructed that Reinhart FoodService release all Minor's products from HOLD, except the concentrated chipotle base without MSG, RFS # 70454. All Minor's products except the chipotle base without MSG will be available for purchase from your local Reinhart FoodService distribution center.
To the best of our knowledge, RFS is not involved in the following recalls or products withdrawals:

Minor's Concentrated Chipotle Base without MSG Recall
Nestle Professional has initiated a voluntary product recall of their Minor's chipotle flavored base due to potential contamination with Salmonella. This recall is in response to the Basic Food Flavors, Inc. recall on all dry powder and paste Hydrolyzed Vegetable Proteins (HVP).

Scotsman Commercial Ice Cube Machine Recall
Scotsman Ice Systems has initiated a voluntary product recall of their commercial cubers and related harvest assist solenoid parts in the modular cube ice machines that may fail and result in an electrical arc that can pose a fire hazard.
Windsor Foods - Butcher Boy Beef, Bean & Green Chili Burrito Recall
Windsor Foods has initiated a voluntary recall of Butcher Boy Beef, Bean & Green Chili Burritos due to an expanded Huntington Meat Packing recall.
This recall only involves customers who purchased product from the Marshall, MN (Marshall) distribution center.

Leahy/IFP has initiated a voluntary product recall of vanilla and chocolate pudding, due to undeclared wheat.
This recall only involves customer who purchased this product from the Marquette, IA (Marquette) distribution centers.
